Big Sean – Control (ft. Kendrick Lamar & Jay Electronica)

I was going to stop posting for a while because Feherty is on TV interviewing Larry David. Feherty is a personal hero of mine and has to be one of the best TV interviewers ever. If you don’t believe me, watch his show some time. Even if you don’t like golf, you’ll learn a lot, I promise.

Anyway, I saw this song and immediately started playing it. Big Big Sean fan. Huge Jay Elec fan. You don’t hear much from Jay Elec either, so I was excited to listen to this. Big Sean goes typical Big Sean, Kendrick Lamar goes seriously HAM on this shit. Jay Electronica kills it because he is Jay Electronica and that’s just what he does. I guess this won’t be on the album for some reason or another, I think copyright bullshit.

Love this song. Been a Big Sean forever. He’s come a long way from rapping on my friends kitchen table at a house party with Mike Posner back in high school, and this is a song about almost exactly that. Big ups to him.
